For one of Europe’s leading data centres, Vaultra® has installed a temporary power supply in a custom-built 40-foot container. The container is connected directly to the medium-voltage grid and has a capacity of 1 MW. The container is equipped with an Eaton oil-filled transformer, an Eaton X-Energy Main distribution system rated at 3,200 A, an Eaton UPS system (9395P 1,200 kVA), a DC distribution system connecting the batteries to the UPS, and a monitoring and fire detection system.
The complete solution was assembled and tested at our factory. Load bank testing proved the requested autonomy time.
The container was installed on site by staff from Vaultra®.
